R. J. Tricon is capable of designing material handling equipment including belt conveyors (including trippers, stackers, portables, and slingers), bucket elevators, screw conveyors, drag conveyors, package handling, vibrating equipment, metal detectors, and magnets.  We provide layout and detail drawings, along with complete assembly and shop testing of the equipment in our New Orleans warehouse prior to shipment.  We can also engineer and furnish complete drive packages, pul-paks, winches, clutches, brakes, variable frequency drives, and other power transmission applications.

 

R. J. Tricon Co. supplies equipment to handle sugar, coal, alumina, lime, fishmeal, ash, asphalt, wood chips, 4000# crates, sludge, filter cake, bagasse, boxes, bottles, and bagged goods, as well as many more products.  Recent projects include a $5.8 million handling system at a local cement terminal, a $1.7 million stockpiling and reclaiming conveyor system for a salt screening plant, and a $1.7 million dollar bagasse transfer system from a sugar mill to a co-generation plant.
