Jan’s been with Tricon since 1986 and is currently the CFO and Managing Member of the organization.
For the first 18 years of her career, she worked under Jack Groh, as his administrative assistant until his death in 2004. She became a manager in 1988 and an officer in 2002. Her responsibilities include the business basics, from banking, insurance and HR, to safety and marketing.
